Dog Sports:

Dogs in motion! Dogs doing what they love! I adore watching and photographing dog sports. Once I get my own dog, I plan to dabble in all sorts of dog sports!

I was introduced to confirmation young, attending the Land 'O Lakes Kennel Club confirmation dog show since I was six or seven. I've taken a few confirmation classes with a friends show dog and really admire the amount of work and training that goes into getting a dog's titles!

Aside from confirmation, I think disc would have to be my personal favorite sport, both to watch and to shoot! Watching enthusiastic Border Collies and other breeds perform gravity defying jumps and tricks is exciting and impressive, and I usually get some pretty funny expressions on the dog (and handler!)'s faces.
